mosbat Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the mosbat platform ("Platform", "Site", "Service") and all related services provided through it. These Terms form a legal agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and mosbat. By registering on or using this platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform. mosbat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and applicable changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the site.

To create and use an account on the mosbat platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be legally entitled to participate in online betting.
• Only one account per person is permitted — creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• Your account password and login details must be kept strictly confidential.
• Creating or operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

mosbat reserves the right to reject any account registration application at any time without giving reasons. Users must comply with all applicable terms at all times to keep their account active.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

Wagering Requirement

To become eligible to withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a bonus of ৳1,200, you must wager ৳12,000 before withdrawal is permitted.

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time limit.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — the list of eligible games is available in the account section.
• Accounts may be closed in cases of fraudulent bonus claims.
• mosbat reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. However, mosbat reserves the right to cancel a bet in the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended and not rescheduled.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• If there is evidence of predetermined match-fixing relating to the outcome of a game or event.

Special Cricket Betting Rules

Betting on all cricket events, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments, is governed by applicable rules. If an event is played with fewer or more overs, is interrupted by rain, or is altered for any other reason, the relevant betting rules will apply.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding the outcome of a bet, the user may submit a written complaint to the support team within 24 hours. mosbat's decision will be considered final.

Closure by mosbat

mosbat may temporarily or permanently close a user's account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Extended period of inactivity (the specific inactivity period is stated in the account policy).
• Court order or legal directive.

Closure by the User

Any user may request the closure of their account at any time via 24/7 live chat or email. The opportunity to withdraw any withdrawable balance will be provided before the account is closed.

mosbat accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Financial loss caused by internet disconnection.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Technical errors in third-party games or services.
• Expected or unexpected financial losses incurred through betting.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, etc.).

These terms and conditions will be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute relating to any provision of these terms will first be addressed through negotiation. If no resolution is reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled through the appropriate authority.

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and mosbat, and supersede any prior oral or written discussions.
